Well, fraud can be many things, but my advice for members of the "freebie scene" who are reading this is simple:
An advertiser considers it fraud when someone signs up with a gift card or a prepaid visa card and lets the trial end. The advertiser tries to charge the card for the full cost of membership and finds that there are no funds available.
It is fraud to sign up for an offer with a prepaid credit card #, the advertiser has NO chance whatsoever to keep you as a paying customer.
Anyone signing up for offers with PrePaid Credit cards, or anyone discussing this type of activity will be banned.
