Well it looks like the administrators and moderators at Anything 4 Free, a large community of people who enjoy freebie sites have decided to take action:

So don't use 'em! If anyone has any knowledge of someone using a prepaid/virtual/stolen cc, please report this user to a staff person.
I for one, am glad and I hope that FreeIpodGuide and other freebie forums follow their lead.
